  Tho Bui

  DDS

  I obtained my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of California, San Francisco’s School of Dentistry. I take pride in practicing with compassion and integrity. My number-one priority is to provide the highest quality of treatment in the most comfortable setting possible. My thoughtful attitude enables patients to remain at ease while receiving dental treatment. My knowledge base and caring personality are strengths that help me in addressing any questions that patients may have pertaining to their oral health and treatment plan. I believe it is important to explain oral health and its treatment to encourage patients to take an active role. I am a father and enjoy spending time with my little girl. My other hobbies include traveling, photography, solving puzzles, sports, and spending time with friends and family. In the last few years, I have traveled to France, England, Italy, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Mexico. I am always eager to learn and engage in new things, places, and people.

• Anisha Thondokulam

  DDS, MS

  Dr. Anisha Thondukolam, DDS, MMSc, is a specialist in clinical Periodontics and Implant dentistry. She graduated from Harvard school of Dental Medicine advanced Graduate Education Periodontology Program. She received her master of Medical Schemes in Oral Biology and Certificate in Periodontology in 2012. She obtained her DDS degree from UC Berkeley. She grew up in San Ramon where she is currently living there with her husband and children. She is a member of American Academy of Periodontology and a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Anisha is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high level quality of care to her patients.

  Gordon Lai

  DDS

  Dr. Gordon Lai received his DDS degree from University of California School of Dentistry in 2006 and subsequently completed a one-year GPR at the VA Palo Alto. While serving as the associate dental director at a community clinic in SF Bay Area for 10 years. He was also active in mentoring residents for the UCSF/NYU Langone AEGD residency program. He subsequently completed his endodontics specialty training at the University of Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2020 and is currently teaching part-time as an assistant professor at UOP as well as working in private practice.

  Dhaval Patel

  DDS, OMS

  He is a diplomate of American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a member of American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his family watching sports and his all-time favorite TV show, ‘Seinfeld’. He likes to travel and has a goal of visiting national parks in all 50 states. He practices full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including dentoalveolar, anesthesia, benign pathology, orthognathic, facial trauma, dental implants with oral hard & soft tissue grafting. Along with his team, he is dedicated to make your surgical visit a stress-free, pleasant experience with their compassionate care.

  Gary Warner

  DDS

  Dr Gary Warner started practicing orthodontics in June 2010 as a graduate from the orthodontics program at the University of Minnesota. He was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, but then moved to the USA for college. Dr Warner enjoys exploring challenging hiking trails in the Bay Area, and pickle ball. He loves the TV series Survivor, animals (dad of two senior Schnauzers), vegan food, learning new languages especially Mandarin, and has been to over 20 countries. His passion for outstanding patient care is what drives him the most. Dr. Warner looks forward to meeting you, and helping you to transition smoothly to a great orthodontic outcome. She believes in giving back to the community and finds immense joy in volunteering her time with organizations like Kids International Dental Services (KIDS), where she provides free dental care to underserved children. Her commitment to improving children’s dental health extends internationally, as she has traveled to Guatemala and Cambodia with KIDS. These experiences have allowed her to provide essential dental services to children in need, ensuring they have access to proper oral care. When not in the office, Dr. Perez enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. A lover of travel and new experiences, she cherishes creating memories with her family.
